What is the dimension of carbo folded?

The CARBO folded dimensions are 80cm x 60cm x 33cm approximately. (31in x 24in x 13in)

What are the dimensions of the tires?

The CARBO is fitted with 20'' x 2.0 inch tire. It gives it a very comfy ride while remaining very agile and precise.

What are the height and weight restrictions?

The CARBO is equipped with an adjustable seatpost, handlebar post, and stem. The suggested rider's height is approximate: 4'10"- 6'5", which is 145cm - 195 cm, and the suggested rider's maximum weight is 220 lbs or 100 kgs.

What are the Batteries information?

The Carbo battery seat post with genuine Samsung cells offers the best in class range and performance.

The cells are fully integrated into the seat post to give the bike a complete stealth look. A rear USB port is built into the rear to charge your devices on the go. You can slide out the battery seat post like any other bike to charge the battery indoor too.

We have two types of batteries :

  • 7Ah battery: 40km | 2Kg | 62cm (24.5″)

  • 10.5Ah battery: 60km | 2.6Kg | 75cm (29.5″)

If you need to ride with your saddle less than 90CM from the floor, please do not purchase the 10.5Ah version as it won't go below that height.

Warranty

What is the warranty?

A comprehensive 3-years warranty is offered on the Carbon Frame, 2-year limited warranty on other components against failure or manufacturing defects, and 1 year on the batteries.
We express ship any major defective part to you, and you can have any electric bike shop perform the repair if you are not handy with bicycle repairs yourself.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear components (tires, brake pads, chain etc...) or malfunction caused by misuse or improper maintenance.
When your Carbo ships, we will invite you to the Carbo Portal, where you will learn how to do repairs with the knowledge base video articles and submit support tickets.

What about after sale service ?

CARBO riders have access to all the tools for an awesome After-sale service experience. Simply login to your portal using the same email you have used to purchase your CARBO bike.

Through your Carbo Customer Portal, riders can:

  • Browse video tutorials and find solutions to common issues
  • Create a support ticket
  • Learn how to do repairs with the knowledge base video articles
  • Purchase parts and Check your warranty
  • Connect with the community
